  • Experience: Verifiable minimum 3 years in technical recruiting 
  • Education: Bachelors degree in HR or related field 
  • Compensation: Above market

Summary

Own the entire recruitment lifecycle for software-engineering and data roles. From market mapping and outbound sourcing to closing offers and safeguarding candidate experience, you will be the point person who keeps our hiring pipeline moving and our brand shining.


Responsibilities
  • Work with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles 
  • Share market insights, salary benchmarks, and build talent pipelines 
  • Manage job postings and source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, GitHub, referral.
  • Experience is using native job boards search features and be expert in boolean search.
  • Write and send personalized outreach messages, emails, phone calls, cold calls to engage passive and active talent.
  • Qualify candidates based on technical skills, motivation, cultural alignment, and compensation fit.
  • Conduct initial screening and coordinate candidate progress through technical interviews and other hiring stages.
  • Have experience in making cold call to potential candidate in USA and globally.
Qualifications
  • Excellent English communication, people, and persuasion skills.
  • Quick learner, problem solver, and self-motivated with a passion for recruiting. 
  • Good with sourcing platforms and ATS such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, job boards, Manatal, Greenhouse, Lever, Zoho, Ceipal or Workable.
