Job Description:

Ambidex Inc., a US-based Data & AI consulting company, is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to connect with US companies, engage decision-makers, and book qualified meetings for the consulting team. You'll be one of the first people building the sales function—with real ownership, measurable impact, and room to grow into an Account Executive role.

Details

  • Location: Hybrid – Lahore / Islamabad / Karachi
  • Hours: Evening Shift (US Central Time)
  • Experience: 2–5 years in cold calling, outbound sales, SDR, lead generation, or appointment setting
  • Education: Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related
  • Compensation: Competitive base + uncapped incentives
  • Interview: 2 Zoom rounds + a short outreach task

Responsibilities

  • Research US companies and identify key decision-makers
  • Own outbound prospecting through cold calling (primary), LinkedIn, and email
  • Spark interest, qualify prospects, and confidently handle objections
  • Book qualified discovery meetings for the consulting team
  • Keep outreach, follow-ups, and activities organized in a CRM
  • Continuously improve your outreach approach while meeting activity and meeting-booking goals

Required Skills

  • Strong, clear English—written and spoken
  • Comfortable and confident speaking with US business professionals over the phone
  • Proven success in cold calling, outbound prospecting, or appointment setting
  • Hunter mindset with persistence, resilience, and strong follow-up skills
  • Self-driven, organized, coachable, and eager to learn

Preferred Skills

  • Prospecting & Outreach: Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, lead generation, appointments
  • CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Zoho, or similar
  • Sales Methodologies: BANT, SPIN Selling, MEDDICC, or similar
  • Industry Exposure: US market; background in IT consulting, SaaS, or B2B services
