Summary

Design and build modern web applications that support business operations, customer experiences, and AI-enabled solutions. This role requires strong frontend and backend development skills, good communication, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work with engineering, business, design, and US-based teams to clarify business requirements and technical needs.
• Design and build responsive web applications, internal platforms, and customer-facing solutions.
• Develop backend APIs, business logic, database integrations, and third-party service integrations that support scalable application workflows.
• Build reusable frontend components that deliver intuitive and consistent user experiences.
• Apply software engineering principles, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns to build scalable and maintainable applications.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Test, debug, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend, backend, and production issues.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity while reviewing and validating generated code.
• Document application architecture, APIs, technical decisions, and deployment processes.

Required Skills

• Languages: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, SQL.
• Frontend: React, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Web Development.
• UI Frameworks: Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Material UI, or similar UI component libraries.
• Backend: FastAPI, REST APIs, Authentication & Authorization (JWT/OAuth), API Integration.
• Databases: PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.
• Version Control: Git.
• Cloud & DevOps: Docker, CI/CD, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Core Skills: Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, Debugging, Communication, Collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• AI Application Development: OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar LLM APIs.
• AI Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
